We had a horrid experience with Michael this vendor. He does not do a good job with having an organized professional first impression. Ask if he provides tastings, check out his personal website, ask to meet with him for a basic free consultation. You will be disappointed! We originally met for a basic consultation. We felt like we were being manipulated into signing with him because " we were like friends" he quoted us about 8,000 to feed 100 people. Wonderful food, kind staff, clean, and everyone is so attractive!
Michael and his team were WONDERFUL to work with (we were married at Brookside Gardens). From the get go, I could tell that he was going to provide phenomenal service. He really put us at ease, we knew he would take care of everything. The buffet was absolutely beautiful and we got a ton of compliments about the food! Our day would not have been the same without him!!
Michael and his Behind-the-Scenes team hosted an elegant wedding reception for my son and his bride at Tapestry House in Ft. Collins this past August.
