I’m very proud of myself! Work has gotten more and more stressful and the old me would have had pretty much had a complete meltdown and would have dealt with it in a non-healthy way, but thanks to Mike Pollak and the program at Behavior Wellness, I have used the skills I learned on a daily basis to manage the stress and feel great! This group of kind, well trained and contentious people helped me to get my life back on track. Their I.O.P. (Intensive Outpatient Program) is an intensive that helped me to learn better coping skills in a difficult world. I can't recommend them enough!
Great atmosphere, staff and counselors!! I would definitely recommend any counseling or group offered here for anyone struggling with anxiety and/or depression!! Several of my family members (including myself) receive counseling from Behavioral Wellness (all from different therapist.) Lets face it, EVERYONE can benefit from counseling! I can't say enough positive comments about the experience. They have all been very knowledgeable, professional, kind, and compassionate, and very easy to establish a rapport with. The office staff is also very kind and efficient. Kudos to all of you!!:)
