The people are very nice I have a family member there and the case manager is cool. I’ve also spoken to other staff and was helpful in everything.
My father is currently at this facility and upon arrival the staff is very helpful in pointing you to the right direction.. facility is very clean and the environment is positive and not hostile.. clean restrooms and a decent cafeteria with vending machines and food
If you want to do the right thing and stay free of drugs and drinking.its not that bad you can save money and get back on your feet . The counselor are all good people but it's more of a self help program you find a job and a place to go on your own. They will give you leads but it's you that have do the work .so if you act like an adult you have no problems .the food is good.only thing I don't like is your lack of freedom.you have get approve for any thing you do .but by far it's better than living on the streets

There is 1 staff member there by the name of Muhammad that Verbally and Mentally Abuses Residents I Documented everything and got out of there the Right way. My first week there a Resident Died the staff watched until he wasn't responding before calling 911 it's on Camera. None of them have CPR training and if they do why did they not Help. worst place ever. my mom is currently here and she has been with out here meds for about 2 weeks. no one has help her get her meds and now she is really sick.
