I have been staying here for over a month. While recovery is set to a tight structure and level of guidelines. The Facility has been working towards fixing issues. Such as both lane lines are fully working, lights,doors,as well as washers and dryers are being repaired. Set recovery for directed Treatment Participating Individuals is case by case. I called your facility to find out why Darrell hadn't approved a request for one of your "valenteers" to see family and he wanted to get an attitude with me then when I demanded to know why he was refusing to okay it he repeated he was terminating the call. Fire him. He's clearly incapable of doing his job. This is ridiculous
The people are very nice I have a family member there and the case manager is cool. I’ve also spoken to other staff and was helpful in everything.
My father is currently at this facility and upon arrival the staff is very helpful in pointing you to the right direction.. facility is very clean and the environment is positive and not hostile.. clean restrooms and a decent cafeteria with vending machines and food
If you want to do the right thing and stay free of drugs and drinking.its not that bad you can save money and get back on your feet . The counselor are all good people but it's more of a self help program you find a job and a place to go on your own. They will give you leads but it's you that have do the work .so if you act like an adult you have no problems .the food is good.only thing I don't like is your lack of freedom.you have get approve for any thing you do .but by far it's better than living on the streets
