Awful company! If you are looking for aba services for your child, look elsewhere.
We’ve been with them since my son was 20 months. They was good at first but lately their scheduling department is really bad. They didn’t contact us when our therapist quit. We had new therapist and nobody called to let us know about when she started. They didn’t let us know when our service coordinators quit or we was getting new coordinator. The only reason we are still with them is our case supervisor. He’s been so helpful. We do not recommend this company because they don’t care about their patients.
The autistic community hates Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) coercion and forced normality. It’s just like gay conversion therapy which comes from ABA.
Second time this calendar year a therapist has quit with zero warning. They let me know they’re sorry but they have issues with the company. Still have yet to hear anything from the company even acknowledging my child has no therapist AGAIN!!
