I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this office. After waiting months for my appointment, I was blindsided upon arrival with a potential $800–$1,200 copay if my insurance didn’t cover the service. The office made no effort to prequalify my insurance beforehand, only asking for it upon arrival. I have been trying to set appointments for my family for three months now for counseling and each time I call the receptionist tells me they’ll pass on my name and number and call back within a couple days. This NEVER happens. I’ve called back every few weeks and never get through to anyone. How are we supposed to receive help if it’s impossible to talk to anyone here. Our doctor recommended this place, but now we’re forced to look elsewhere. terrible service.

A ridiculous example of why nobody can run a business with incompetent office staff. After being told I work 12 hour night shifts on Wednesdays, they proceeded to schedule ALL appointments for 7:45am on Wednesdays. They then made ZERO attempt to let me know they cancelled the last appointment until we showed up bright and early, having had to call my kid out of school and head out on what is essentially my midnight. I tried to get the rapprochement amount preauthorized before a started an assessment. Even though they could not give me the exact amount for the process. The amounts preauthorized was no where near the final bill. I would not have done the procedure if I new that it was going to cost me 3 to 4 times more than the possible figures given to me. I do not believe they were up front on how much this could cost me, so I could have made a reasonable decision on what I wanted to do.

They cancelled my appointment day-of. The appointment I need to start this whole process of figuring out what’s wrong with me, the one that I made in February for June. No reason given, just an automated message. When I called to see what happened, the lady was very rude and unhelpful. She had no sympathy, and I wouldn’t be shocked if she ended up being a robot too. I needed this appointment because I have been spiraling, to be cancelled and dropped just like that is sickening.
