My first time at this facility and I was treated very well. The staff is professional and truly wanting to help patients get through their days there as easily as possible. There are helpful therapy group sessions , recreational time to socialize and connect, outdoor time for fresh air and socializing , plus snack times and time to watch a bit of television too. My wife and I visited today 8/5/2024 to see our son who was admitted there last week 7/31/2024. The security was great but immediately we got in, the was a disgruntled lady called Eileen, she was very disrespectful and arrogant. My son came out and was not looking good at all. He lost a lot of weight but that is not the issue. My wife and I started praying for our son and this lady called Eillen ,I'm not sure of the spelling,came and started shouting that we can not pray that it is their policy. Terrible place. I have a family member that was a patient here and some of the employees were rude and not helpful in giving any information. The supervisor kept dodging my calls. I was told some of the employees make fun of the patients. I would definitely recommend not to let your loved ones get admitted here.
It’s a pretty good place but they need to update their activities like have more arts and crafts movie time maybe have a pastor come in and talk to people too
