Absolutely the worst! I am on a medical release form, however the receptionist never acknowledges that and refuses to give me any information. Holding my loved one hostage bc she has low B-12. Staff is incompetent and uncaring. Worse than a prison and it’s supposed to be helping folks in need. Worse than Hell

if i could give negative stars i would, lady tried to prescribe me bipolar medication for panic attacks and autism and treated me very rudely while i was crying in her face for help. do not bother coming here, find a psychiatrist online they help you faster, sometimes sameday while also treating you like a person. unlike this place. the aura in there is disgustingly horrible. and maybe like 1 of the people there act like they care about you.
