I’ve never gone inside their shelter or temporary housing for any reason but I do visit the day center a lot. The guys at the outreach van are very chill! Very easy to get a ticket and unfortunately they stop serving coffee with sugar and cream but I think you can get still get that right behind the van from Oasis. Impatiently rushed, poor people skills, and condescending. This is 20% of the staff. Sounds like a B rating but no. They have serious issues with accepting this behavior. 20% moldy apples in an apple pie means if you eat it you’re probably get really sick. I might even have to go to the hospital when you have 20% of the employees mistreating the clients going on disciplined or minimizing their behavior. It’s only gonna get worse it’s sad because they have good employees and I like the program managers.
The bhrc tells you straight up how it is 🤯
