i have called and emailed several times to get approval for my landlord to bring my dog home and no response. you cannot get ahold of an actual person and they do not respond to emails. i’m feeling very frustrated because they sure are quick to respond to google reviews…

If i could give zero stars I would. I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to this company. My property manager needs to verify information and there is zero communication. No actual live person to speak to. I’m contacting the BBB this week. This feels like I got scammed out of my money.
Since my apartment manager requested the phone number and address of Dr. Christiana Jones, MD, I was referred by Support Pets to Behavioral Health Networks. I had tried to get a hold of them through a phone call and email, but no response from them. I wonder if it's really legit or not?
Don’t trust this place, my landlord can’t verify my ESA letters. These are scam, I can’t even get ahold of them!
