Intake process is way more extensive than it needs to be. Doctor Cerico is lazy and unwilling to learn anything new to help her patients. Asked for help managing severe constipation from the meds she was giving me because the OTC stuff doesn't work and she told me that she didn't know anything about those prescription medications and to see my primary care physician about it. A place where you are treated with dignity and the staff truly honestly care ❤️
This placed undoubtedly saved my life. I wouldn't be where I'm at today if it wasn't for BHG. The staff is friendly and awesome, especially the nurses and the receptionists. My only regret is not taking the leap of faith and starting my path to better health sooner. For anyone out there wanting to get their life back on track, this place offers a couple ways of doing so. It's never too late to start when you have professionals providing you the proper tools and support system to succeed. I appreciate you all!!!
The people that work there now genuinely care and try to help out the best I can. Any faults I’ve had have been my own, but they continue to be there to try to help me stay on track.
Everyone there is very friendly and has a smile on their face. The receptionist is always friendly and helpful (everyone loves her). Overall, I feel welcome there; they have a great team of people.
