I have been a patient for the most part since 2010. Dont expect u to be able to get your life back to normal being bound to this business & it ridiculous policies. No other business/healthcare facility would even attempt to treat or pull the things this place does. I have relied on various forms of MAT for nearly 30 years, receiving treatment at clinics wherever I have lived or visited: Lexington, Louisville, New Orleans, Chicago, Cincinnati, etc. I have tried ⅝this clinic 3 times over the years, & it never fails to disappoint, sometimes recklessly. Dr Lamb has been doing this for like 40 years, & he hasn't learned anything in that time. So far this has been a circus. Been to this place 3 times now trying to do intake and haven’t got it done. First time was my fault. Second time I didn’t know they don’t do intake before a holiday. Third time was oh you need the forms of identification which none of the 4 people I have spoke to said anything about. Also the first question was when was the last time you used. Update: my new counselor called me in her office last week to tell me they were able to finally send the drug test back off and it came back clean so I am getting my take homes now.
