I don't care what y'all say but does care just do what your supposed to do and if your late call ahead they have obligations they have to also hold y'all accountable. I was literally right at the clinic as they were locking the door and I sat on the phone for 6 minutes trying to make sure I can get dosed. Sorry not sorry, I had a horrendous experience at this location.. I was a transfer, so technically all I really needed was a dose verification from the last place I was. After over 2 hours, They said they couldn't get in touch with them. I called myself and got ahold of them immediately.. I then wait another 2 hours in the lobby waiting area and never saw anyone. 20 minutes before closing they call me back for a urine screen and bloodwork.
