I originally left a review on a day with inclement weather when I was irritated they were closed. I'm updating to include the fact that overall..... my experience has been excellent. My counselor (Mallory) is incredible. She never misses a phone call, an appointment time, a request... none of it. She's been a consistent source of positive support in my life. Super grateful that she's my counselor. Honestly, if she left the practice I'd transfer to the BHG closer to my house. I drive extra because she's employed there. The wh... read more
Miss Elle is the best. Liz used to be great too but she is no longer there. I've been lucky to get good counselors. Most of the staff is pretty cool now. There was a while where reception was a nightmare. Don't go at open on Saturday!
My counselor is amazing! She speaks to you like a human, she shows that she cares and she goes above and beyond to vouch for you if need be! She checks in on you and she stays on top of every single patient she has! Thank you Mrs. EL!!! BHG is an amazing place when you’re actually trying and wanting better for yourself and your life!
Miss Elle is awesome, caring, and she truly cares about all her patients. I love the staff at BHG you, too! I've been a patient for 5 years now & my experience here has been exceptional!
