This place is great but it’s unorganized every place have a few bad apples but the staff that really care and not there just for a check I appreciate yall yall made my stay bearable
Very helpful
If you want to spend hours waiting for incompetent people to do their jobs this is the place. Food is the same thing they give you in the county jail.
Highland Rivers was extremely helpful. Stacey was immensely helpful in making sure I was able to meet with the treatment team in a timely manner, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. Was it a five star resort? Not at all, but the fact that it was 100% taxpayer funded was extremely helpful. The last thing I would need when going through a crisis like that is to worry about getting slapped with a huge medical bill afterwards. So, with it being free, I definitely got my money’s worth and then some!
