Class times are inaccessible to most. Offerings are 8am,1pm or 6pm in person. This office continued to make communications with a third party even after I stopped attending services (which voided the contact allowing communications) it also seems as though they were deciding how and when I should use my time with the third party and using triangulation methods. Very odd behavior. I was also never contacted or asked to me be apart of the communications they were making with the third party.

I should have listened to a fellow therapist about this establishment, and now I've officially learned my lesson. My counselor was cold and clearly disinterested in anything I said. I was nothing but pleasant, despite knowing that is not what therapy was about and I should be getting unconditional positive regard without condition. Not a Client or have I ever been one. I feel for those that are however. I received a phone call from this entity looking for a specific person that at the time was not at home. She was curt, rude and very flippant and appeared to be annoyed that the particular party was not here. Before I had a chance to explain they would be back by a certain date. Very rude. They made me feel like I was a criminal. I never been arrested in my life .they force you to do stuff you don't want to. They don't treat you fairly

Been going to this place for almost 6 years for mental health needs. They have gone way beyond what most mental health providers have for me and helped me with so many aspects of my mental health and trauma treatment. They have gone out of their way to help me which means a lot to me as I have been places where your just a patient and time slot.
