Glorified homeless shelter .. another cash grab . . Terrible business owner with shady practices...they will be shut down soon enough as they crooks . Their Baltimore lawyers won't be able to save them.. also they are extremely racist so if your white stay away because you will be treated very differently than the colored people there .. FYI I live on the same road only a few houses down ..it's a zoo
