I've had very good experiences here. Dr Feidler is really great. He will actually sit and talk with you and let you ask multiple questions. He doesn't just pop in for a minute and leave. I highly recommend. The nurses have been great and do their job well. I do admit sometimes the front desk folks aren't the friendliest, but hey, we all have bad days. They have to deal with a lot I'm sure, so cut them some slack.
Just got off the phone with the most wonderful lady! She was so sweet while I asked all my questions about a very important check up I needed, she was lighthearted, patient, & caring as she answered all my questions & helped me schedule my appointment on a sooner date than I previously scheduled it. It might’ve just been another phone call for you, but you made my day, thank you for your care Jennifer A.! 🥹🫶🏼
