Every single person at this practice has made such a positive impact on my life. I'm still in the first half of my treatment, but I can already tell that this is what I needed. The treatment without these kind and patient people???? I'm sure it would be helpful, but in my way of looking at things it would not be as effective without the peaceful atmosphere, the generosity of time and the kindness of every individual.
This place gave me my life back! I'm able to do all the things I used to enjoy doing again. My anxiety has reduced and I can actually control it! Same for depression! No longer cloudy headed! I'm sleeping better, eating better, more motivated, problem solving, etc. The just goes on and on and on. This is the fast track to a better, happier healthier you again!
Everyone at the Arden clinic is great (Jay, Megan, Carmen)! All the staff are kind, helpful & more than willing to listen to anything you're going through. The environment is peaceful & they are willing to work with your schedule for treatment. My experience has been awesome, it is definitley helping my treatment resistant depression & also anxiety. Highly recommend.
Everyone with major depressive disorder should go to Zen. It's so worth it.
