The receptionist Kelly is extremely unpleasant and lacks professionalism. She told me I had to pay 100 to book an appointment but ouldnt provide me with apt date or time. She then told me to pick up paperwork in office but she was not there however to my surprise Dr. Patel was.. I explained my concerns in which he didn't acknowledge the issues his receptionist had caused. He seemed to be unphased by the behavior of his receptionist. No longer a beneficial to anyone seeking better health.

The receptionist is never here, so if you need to call to confirm an appointment, reschedule, or generally need help you will have to leave a message and she will call you back after 3-4 hours. This is not because they are busy (there are never patients when I’ve come) but because for whatever reason she is away from her desk for an hour or so at a time. When you come in to check in for an appointment, you will likely not see her. The doctor will eventually come up and see you waiting. The doctor will ask you a few questions... read more

Horrible, customer service…. Phone just rings and how as a patient are you supposed to know what is going on the other end. You don’t tell a patient not to call several times for an appt. We as a patient don’t know know what the issue is, courtesy would have been appreciated. They lost another patient as long as that kind of so called customer rep is there to answer your calls.. just horrible don’t waste your time
