Excellent care as always! Truly gentle dental care.
I was greeted with a friendly voice. The assistant was knowledgeable about everything I asked.. She was gentle with the cleaning and also polite.
My visit was very inviting and warm. The staff is very friendly and answered all of my questions and treated me well. Though this was not my first visit to a dental office, but had it been, this visit made me very relax. Dr Ferguson was very informative and welcoming as well. Everyone treated me like a customer should be treated - Royal. Thank you. I’ll definitely be referring others.
I have never had nothing but excellent care at Ferguson Dental Associates. The entire team really lives and breathes the meaning of putting the patient first. They are courteous to a fault, always professional, and make me and my family feel welcome. I have left practices where the physician was amazing, but the staff weren't. Dr. Ferguson's team are all on board with their mission and it really shows from front of house, in the dentist's/hygienist's chair, and check out. They are simply wonderful.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ferguson for over thirty years. He runs a highly professional office. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I never have had to wait much past my appointment time. Dr. Ferguson takes time to explain all necessary procedures. I must say "I don't hate going to the dentist".
As always the staff is very professional and friendly they always make you feel comfortable my hygienist is awesome always do a great job
I love going to Dr. Ferguson's office. The environment is warm and the staff truly cares for their patients. I proudly return to Charleston all the way from Indiana for my appointments.
