They seem to have communication issues and be understaffed. A lot of mistakes were made during the evaluation process.
I went here over a year ago to get a diagnosis from the psychologist there. I came in and wasn’t greeted, rather had to sign in on an ipad. For all three of my appointments i waited over 15 minutes Into my appointment time for the DOCTOR to show up. I went up to the window the first time thinking maybe i’m here at the wrong time, nope “oh sorry his internal clock is always running late”.
