Came here for my ADHD diagnosis. They seem to have communication issues and be understaffed. A lot of mistakes were made during the evaluation process.

Very unprofessional and unorganized office. My daughter had an assessment completed well over a month ago, and I called this morning to check on the status of the results. The female staff member who answered the phone was impatient, rude, and spoke with an unacceptable tone. She claimed that no recent assessments had been updated to my daughter's file and offered excuses about staff turnover, stating that one to two employees were resigning. Horrible, horrible place. Melissa Brewster, whom I spoke with when having these appointments was rude, late, and manipulative. I left crying and never returned, was told that they were sending mail to my address but gave me paperwork with someone else’s address. Was rude the entire appointment, and only spoke about herself. Threatened me for no such reason other than missing my appointments because I did not have a ride (when the appointments were voluntary). Sat in the lobby crying, and no one cared to check on me.
