I went here over a year ago to get a diagnosis from the psychologist there. I came in and wasn’t greeted, rather had to sign in on an ipad. For all three of my appointments i waited over 15 minutes Into my appointment time for the DOCTOR to show up. I went up to the window the first time thinking maybe i’m here at the wrong time, nope “oh sorry his internal clock is always running late”. I am so thankful we found this office!! Everyone I have worked with has been amazing!!
Absolute joke trying to get an appointment here. Have tried multiple times for months and every time I'm able to call in they claim they are not able to schedule an appointment because they don't have the referral information in front of them. They then say they will call back and either don't or call when I'm working and leave a message to call back again. I've even told them to just call me back and tell me when to come, but they claim to have to do a Skype call or some BS before they can do that. Absolute worst patient se... read more
