Therapist assigned to my boy was perfect. My boy loved her. Her supervisors were the worst. Her immediate supervisor insisted on going to the school and made his experience miserable. When I went up the chain, including Compliance and the CEO, my concerns fell on deaf ears. No response to multiple emails and then the secondary supervisor informed us that my wife violated their scheduling policy and gave us 30 days notice.
