On 5/19/25 at Bakersfield Center , it was my second day of training with a new trainer, named Lorena and at first I believed everything went well. I was switched from one trainer to another. You know when a place uses and outdated term like "clients" it shows where their heart is.
I'm so disappointed with how difficult Behavior Frontiers has made the process of even starting services. Upon calling endless agencies and asking the initial questions, "Do you take this insurance, do you need a referral?" I was told no referral was necessary, and I was asked the basic intake info. The specialist I spoke to on the phone gathered all my data and then had me send insurance info twice, all to find out that I could not have my son start ABA because his father had to consent for him to receive services (Keep in ... read more
We love this for place, they have been a strong advocate for my son, putting his needs first. With them he has grown so much , in his interactions, and being able to speak up to others. Thank you all.
