Sharon has been the only therapist I have been able to connect with who had a true investment in helping me to heal from some serious emotional and mental trauma! She is very good at calling me out when needed but also supports me in all I have needed. I have been with her for years and have recommended her to others time and time again and will continue to do so!

I would recommend Sharon to anyone who wants a direct, honest, caring, wise and knowledgeable therapist. I am blessed to have found her when I was in my deepest, darkest space. Her wisdom and knowledge of mental illness have guided me towards feeling joy in my life again after many years of severe anxiety and depression. When I was critically ill with anorexia, she patiently and persistently led me to recovery. There are no words to express my gratitude and appreciation of Sharon. She saved my life.

I grew up in a family that did not address mental health so by the time I was ready to ask for help I was already in a crisis. I did not know where to begin so I spoke with my primary care provider.
