I have been seeing Lisa for almost 1.5 years. I am a highly sensitive person, and needed EMDR for some past traumas that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy was not addressing completely. She has been invaluable to my growth as a person, as a parent, and as a wife. I cannot say enough positive things about Lisa! Before her, I had been to four therapists, none which were a good fit for me. This month marks TWO years of seeing her. She has helped me grow as a person, by providing a space that is compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental. She has been a blessing and in these last two years, I have gained valuable tools and knowledge to help me on the daily and overall be a better, happier, and more emotionally aware person. I have been seeing Lisa for about a year and a half. When I first start coming I was ready to finally let go of my trauma that I had experienced as a child and I am so glad I have had Lisa to help me through it.
