Karen is a very nice person. She is very concerned about her customers. She has a no wait time policy and is always about the customer. She puts her customers first. She provided care to my daughter for the first time, and the whole time, she was talking to my daughter about what is good for her hair and what she plans to do to get her hair healthy. If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, friendly, professional environment to get your hair done, this is it. Karen is the best of the best. She not only style your hair, she takes care of it. She is very knowledgeable in her field, she lets you know exactly what is going on with your hair, and what you need to do to keep it healthy. The After was definitely better because before my hair definitely needed help. It has been said that first impressions are lasting impressions. From the moment I walked into the Before and After Salon, I was impressed. The atmosphere was inviting. Karen definitely gives the customer service touch. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness of the salon. All 5 stars are well deserved.

My experience at Before & After was great. Karen is an excellent stylist with a wonderful personality. She is very passionate about her business and meeting her client's needs. The salon has a spa-like atmosphere and is extremely clean and inviting. My daughter and I always leave feeling glamorous. I would highly recommend anyone to Karen's salon. Also treat yourself to her specialized waxing services.

Karen is very proffessional and attentive to your specific hair care needs. She takes the time to educate you on healthy hair care while giving you the style you ask for. Her salon is very clean, neat, and has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere.

A friend referred me to Before and After when I needed a stylist on short notice. Karen worked me into her schedule that day and I’ve been pleased ever since! On my first visit, she made sure to ask about my hair and what I wanted in terms of healthy hair and style.
