I have been buying hair from Bee since I was in high school literally over 10 years now. I can attest and say that this is not the same hair or vendor. Hopefully she can fix that because it has become an issue. The quality, the texture, and even the longevity of the bundles are different. I’ve never had my hair shedding uncontrollably and matted to the point chunks of hair are coming off the track. Hair is decent quality but their shipping policy is horrible. My order took 18 days to be delivered because of their bogus credit card and shipping policy. It's like they assume everyone are scammers and treat you as such. It's offensive and terrible customer service.

I called ahead to make sure they would be open on Sat before Mother’s Day . I was told yes until 6pm. I arrived at 1:30 pm and the store was closed.

I had a really good experience here. We talked about how raw Indian hair used to come back in the day in its most original state. I really enjoyed our conversation and service was amazing! My hair turned out great and she definitely has a new customer. It’s hard to find good bundle hair. Thank you!
