lived here for almost a year and honestly had a really positive experience. The property was always kept clean, maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner, and I never had any major issues during my stay. I especially want to thank Isabella and Cynthia. Me and my family moved in recently and we have loved the experience so far . Cynthia ,Isabella Erika and Taylor have all been helpful . Downsizing from our home has been challenging but they made this easy for us . I’m looking forward to the events , they recently had a flower station for Mother’s Day, it was so cute .
The Marke is easily one of the best apartment communities in Santa Ana / South Coast Metro. The leasing office team is fantastic — professional, friendly, and very helpful. The amenities are outstanding. The rooftop pool, fitness center, bowling alley, ping pong, pool tables, shuffleboard, lobby snacks and drinks, and on-site meal prep options make the property feel incredibly convenient and high-end. Goated experience One of the door hinges was loose and eventually came off Legit they fixed it within an HOUR !!! Top tier service love this place
The Marke is a really nice place. I really like the car wash they have available to use. I can always keep my car clean. They also have so many other amenities that I enjoy using such as the gym, pool, bowling, pool table, and so much more. The location is great because it’s around so many shops, nearby malls and a lot of great food places. The workers are also really friendly and do a great job keeping the apartments clean.
