It was awful!! I am new to Orange County since I just moved here and I was looking for a new waxing salon I could go to every month for my brazillian. I saw the reviews on this place and quickly booked my appointment. First, trying to get in this place was a NIGHTMARE in itself. Once I finally did, the nightmare was not over. My wax "specialist" did NOT do a good job. I have gotten about 4 waxes before, and the pain that I felt here was worst than my first!!! Love this place. I've been getting waxed by Becky and Katie for about a year now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They always make sure sure you're incredibly comfortable, and they're both so nice and personable. Of the different places I've gone to for waxes, this is definitely the best!
Super clean! The owner makes you comfortable about everything. Her reservation system is great! I scheduled last minute at 8 am with Becky, after rain (yes, RAIN in SoCal) cancelled my outdoor plans. She made the experience incredibly easy - from walking in the door, to a distracting service, and a friendly manner the entire time. I would certainly return if the business was close to me. Hopefully next time I visit!
