Brian was fantastic! We listed our home in August. Brian and his team helped us get ready for showing under a tight time schedule. We immediately got multiple offers meeting our goals, but the buyer fell through at the end. We reposted and got another immediate offer. It was a bumpy road to close escrow, but Brian was there to talk us off the edge of the cliff multiple times. Highly recommend!
Overall, my experience with Beer Home Team has been frustrating and unacceptable for a business that supposedly prides itself on professionalism. We initially had an offer accepted on a home listed by Beer Home Team in mid-August. During the inspection period, multiple issues were discovered and we requested that those issues be resolved by the seller.
