Put an online order for pickup at 4:15pm. Arrived at 4:17pm in the drive thru having to wait behind a blue truck next in line. I was at the window by 4:25pm and by 4:34pm I had to call into the store because no one had even acknowledged that I was there just patiently waiting watching several ladies walking by just looking even putting a ticket above the window and yet still no acknowledgement.
Sarah was so efficient, great service ,friendly ! This is always our favorite BB ! Only negative ...Tables are very tight for handicap access , and always seems cold in here .
My korean BBQ sandwich was prepared wrong at 2 locations. I've ordered it 3 times and only was correct the first time. But whenever I go into the restaurant the service and atmosphere is great. BUT I WANT NO COLESLAW ON MY DAMN KOREAN BBQ SANDWICH.
