Horrible service. They cannot deliver on their subscription. I have not received my order for last 2 months.
I'm not even sure if this place is in business anymore. Ordered in December as a Christmas gift. They sent an odd tracking# which was showing as invalid for three weeks and failed to respond to multiple messages. Chargeback was filed to get my money back. Avoid this business, there are plenty others out there.
I would give them no stars if I could! Beer options were mediocre at best. Was suppose to get a cheap bottle opener with the subscription, but they were out of stock. They said they would send it when they were back in stock, but they purged that information. I contacted them about it and you would think I was stealing something from them! Still no opener a year later, not worth the time. Poor customer service, poor delivery options and poor product… save your money and go elsewhere!
Horrible customer service. As alcohol needs a signature I opted for the delivery to go to my work to ensure I would be there to sign for it. First delivery shipped without notice, got the notice AFTER it was delivered; luckily I was at work. Received a box with little variety of beer. Second delivery was delay over the summer for 2 consecutive months. Second shipment finally arrived, a little bit more variety. Incredibly slow to ship and respond. Continued to ship long after cancellation of the account. Good products - terrible service. I won't buy from them again.
