Terrible is an understatement!!! We were locked out before our move out day, we had removalist booked and could not access our large storage unit on the day of removals costing us hundreds of dollars but couldn’t complete our move! On site mobile - no answer! Useless they are happy to charge hundreds per month for very bad service, nil communication when you contact them. Go elsewhere!
I had a great experience with beenleigh self storage. They were very easy to communicate with, the storage area was perfect. It was safe & secure & easily accessible whenever I need it. I’d highly recommend!!
Excellent facilities and the team are very supportive and helpful. We have used these storage sheds for more than two years and I highly recommend the use of these sheds for the great location, ease of use for access and the cleanliness. The cooperation of the manager and good security adds to the ideal storage for your needs.
