I called to make an appointment for my son's annual checkup, and the front desk lady, Yolanda, answered. She was so rude. After I said my son's name, she said 'what?' and then hung up on me. When I called back and asked her why she hung up, she claimed it was the first time she answered the phone. I asked to speak to another person, and she put me on hold for a long time before the phone disconnected. The front desk staff at that office always seems rude and mean
When one gives a review the Dr refers you to her other colleagues so that they don’t deal with you.
The doctors at this office are great, very caring and professional. For some reason the office is hard to get a hold of on the phone, but the two pediatricians that i have seen there are really good.
