Had them out to look at a runny toilet and shower faucet. They quoted 2300 and told my wife everything needed to be replaced. I asked my handyman neighbor, he died laughing, he came over and had everything perfect in less than an hour. I don't know if they scam everyone or just woman. If Dan shows up to do an estimate RUN!
I've had several good experiences with this company with the properties I have. However this time I had a technician (SCOTT ANGLESEY) review the leaking elbow and did not want to do the job. He wanted to cut more into the line and replace a drum trap that wasn't necessary. I understand the higher the repair the more of a commission they get. The person I spoke to when I called in was so sweet and laughed at my joke (bonus point) and Josh was so friendly, super fast, and taught us things we didn’t know about the water heater! I would definitely recommend this company.
