I'd scheduled an appointment for a tour and arrived on time to the building as instructed. I'd been told to check in at the front desk and ask for the person I'd been communicating with. When we arrived there wasn't exactly a front desk, just a folding table with some hand sanitizer, a variety of forms, and a thermometer. There is a reason you see that they made all their employees leave 5 star reviews. Needed to boost their rating from what it really is. Just look how many employees they had write reviews!!! If you want a home that only cares about money, leaves an elderly person in their room for days with no air conditioning, is uncaring and flat out rude, even when your loved ones death is imminent, then this is your place. Caught the drama on Facebook and don't see another way of making the owner aware of issue's. Please do contact for screen shots employees posted. Disgusting unprofessional way behaving someone should be aware of.
