First off, let me start by saying I would give this place a -10 if I could. My mother lived in their assisted living for over a year. She had several falls there which resulted in her being confined to a wheelchair, as a result we moved her to the memory care side, which is located on the other side of the building. Once she was moved there, her level of care went down substantially. The server avery is always so nice to my meemaw. She is the best ever, should be promoted!!!
Carrington Court does an amazing job with the memory care residents. Our experience was positive. The residents are given multiple opportunities daily to interact. The weekly bus trips are awesome. Best of all, no pee smell! Amazing staff.
The staff took such great care of my mother throughout her year and a half stay there. I'm so grateful to have had such a caring team to help her throughout her journey.
