Very great place, honest people. Would go back and recommend to anyone. Very friendly people made me feel like a family member rather than a customer

I will never buy from them again, I had got a 2006 Volkswagen Jetta GLI. We had driven the car for about two weeks before the check engine light came on. The code was for the fuel pressure regulator, which has ended up costing me, at the most low cost repair shop in town, $1,500. Then after they began to work on it, they found hoses that weren't hooked up and the spark plugs were extremely corroded. Beehive Auto had an apparent "certified mechanic" look over it before I had purchased it, and he said everything looked good. T... read more

Lesson Learned. I bought a 2010 Nissan Sentra in March. I was persuaded to buy the "all encompassing" warranty for an extra grand. 3 months later, an I am literally stranded in Tennessee with a clutch and fuel pump out. This "great warranty" won't cover any of it. When I called the dealer owner, all he did was put me in contact with a women who reiterated that there was nothing they could do. I will never buy anything from Beehive Auto again.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Do not purchase your car through this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them and it took 4 months to get the car to pass emissions and safety and to top it off their "mechanic" wrecked it during one of their MULTIPLE attempts to fix the problems. Not once did they offer to replace the vehicle with a different one during an every weekend attempt to get the car registered. Since then I have had to put an additional $6,000 into it because they failed to check the car for recalls and other Nis... read more

Do not recommend. Salesman or owner Don is nothing but greedy and rude. Refused to negotiate over a few hundred dollars on a $15k vehicle. Their fees are excessive costing hundreds of dollars for signing a title. Recommend looking elsewhere. Look at the other reviews on here. Lots of bad experiences. Better to pay a couple hundred dollars more somewhere else (or possibly less considering 99% of dealerships will negotiate with you on something) and not deal with these folks.

I purchased a car in 2007 and was shown a copy of a CarFax with NO accidents on it. I was a single mother coming in to purchase my first family car. They must have photo shopped the CarFax because when I went in to trade in my car this year, the car company pulled the car fax and the car had been in an accident 60 days before I purchased the car. When I called Beehive to ask what they were going to do about it I was called a liar and told that he need all of my private information before he could even believe that I bought t... read more

Our experience with Beehive Auto was good, UNTIL our plates came in. We live over an hour away, when I asked them to mail the plates, we were told it would cost $35 to mail them to us. Really? We payed over $16,000 for the vehicle and fees, we payed cash, and you can't mail us our plates? Nope, sorry. It doesn't matter that it will only cost them $5 or so to mail them, that's the fee they charge, no exceptions. Very disappointed with their poor service after the sale.
