Totally not our waitress’s fault but definitely needs improvement of servicing the patrons in the restaurant versus the online orders.
Ordered wings for pickup at 815. I was waiting in the parking lot at 810 and I got a call that they were closing early and weren't going to make my food. Very poor customer service! Edit: A different manager reached out the next day and apologized and offered to make the situation right. Much better customer service then the other manager.
