Sunday, May 22, family went there after church for lunch. After waiting about 15 minutes caught attention of the three waitresses who were chatting and asked if someone could take our orders. Very disappointed today. Definitely miss Matt.
I have never had a problem with this place before until tonight. My family and I ate here tonight and the service was terrible, order was wrong, waitress was rude and it is poorly managed. We won't be back. We will just drive a little further for B-dubs.
75 cents to add onions or lettuce to a burger... Ridiculous. You advertise the Monday special for $5.99 but if we want toppings??? I think not.

You are not charged 75 cents to add onions or lettuce. You are only charged 75 cents to add cheese or bacon. If you would like to come in and speak to a manager, we can pull the ticket up and show you how it charges at any time. This is all stated in the menu.
Food ordered wrong burnt when it finally came out! Won't be back!
This location has the best atmosphere of any Beef o Bradys in Louisville,especially with the huge TVs,great servers ,bartender Crystal ,and a killer fast kitchen !thanks again for giving us country folk a great place to drink and eat!!!!!
I tried to place a to go order tonight. First attempt waited on hold more than 6 minutes. I called back, got put on hold for a couple seconds, then disconnected. This was my first time attempting to place a to go order, probably last also.
