Best Beef on Weck and German potato salad.. Staff and owners are friendly and attentive. We drive 2+ hrs from Rochester just for lunch and well worth the ride.
SHOUT OUT! to the Beef 'N Barrel in Olean, NY. Last week our 50th anniversary arrived mid-way between a surgery for my husband and another for myself. A family member agreed to pick up a take-out meal which I ordered by phone, and paid for by credit card, so we could have our favorite meal to mark the day. 10 days later there has been no charge for this meal applied to my account, which means we were lavishly treated by these folks, where we have enjoyed going to eat for most of our married life.
