The food is great every time we go! I'm reading all these comments about rude service. Hmm, have you ever been to Chicago? I have, my experience there is the same. They're not here to kiss your ass. Just order your food. I think ppl are so accustomed to customer service around here. If you ever travel, you will have a big wake up call. I don't go to Beef Etc to make friends, I go there to eat delicious food.
Most amazing beefs and dogs. Get 3 beefs every time i go.

Good food. Customer service by both owners sucked the day I was there. My first trip is my last. They didn't care that I just wanted to explain an issue I had. Kept shutting me down and said they didn't care that I wasn't coming back. Frequent customer whom I was with said he'd never seen that before. He was not impressed.

Well like it was stated the sign was right infront of you. Its really hard to miss unless you just don't care to read it. To be honest there was nothing to talk about. The policy is no cell phones at the counter. Plain and simple.
Ordered itialan beef no peppers to go for a reason .waited in line well you bullshit with some guy from the railroad watched the cold beef put in with the rest l left opened it up full peppers and cold I didn't turn around and bring it back not dealing with your attitude even told the guy with me that never again.and yes you have an attitude problem
Excellent food! Get the Beefs and the fries and pop top it off
We came for the beef, but stayed for the "& etc."
