I have been here a couple of times, and the food was great. However, I was here on Wednesday, and my experience was less-than-pleasant, mostly due to an inattentive server and an automatic gratuity for a party of 2. So, why the 5 stars? Because of accountability. I expressed my situation, and the responses that I received via e-mail were stellar.
