The Aviance is nice quiet and a beautiful atmosphere my fiance took me there a year ago and it has been my favorite place since the waitresses are nice clean and kind the food and the prices are delicious we went there December 7th 2015 and it was just like the first time

A great hidden spot for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner without having to take out a mortgage for a Chicago meal. Perfect for meeting friends downtown with a friendly staff and terrific down home menu. It's not 5 star cuisine but it is 5 star comfort food at a reasonable price.
