The waitress had an attitude, we didn’t receive our complete order, waited for food for 45 minutes, and food arrived cold. We asked for the manager, who sent the kitchen manager to explain and apologize. The manager returned with our receipts, didn’t let us know she was the manager we requested to speak with, and didn’t address the issue. The waitress had an attitude the whole night (bee)we waited 45 minutes for our food & everyone didn’t have steak. So,I asked y everyone had to wait so long she replied. We really enjoy Beechwood . The food has always been great. The employees are receptive, really friendly. I have 0 cons for this restaurant. Nothing but Love. :-)
The food was horrible. The potatoes were cold and half done, the steak was tough, under cooked and cold. The cashier was not friendly at all. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! And it was over priced.
I have eaten here several times in the last few weeks! The cost is worth every dime... best steak I have had in years... and the service and atmosphere were phenomenal!!! The drinks were on point! I enjoyed every bite!!! House salad dressing was to die for! Waitresses were so good and made the visit worth it! Loved eating in the lounge, would drive an hour and a half to eat here again!!!
