Our last night in Vicksburg. I wanted steak but we didn't want to go to the boats. Found the listingmformthis place in the tourist booklet. Drove by and it was a small hole in the wall type place that had been in business for almost sixty years. The entire experience from the time we walked in the door was great. The service and people were friendly and the food was amazing. The best steak I've had in years, done just right; the fired mushrooms were perfect and the house dressing to dip,them in was delicious. The only reason the got a fair rating is because the steak was good. However it was not good enough to be worth the terrible pasta and the 1hr long wait for my friends two stuffed shrimp (they came out fried instead of grilled and I don't know how it takes an hour to grill two just two stuffed shrimp! Skip this stop for sure!
