I would not recommend anyone who is of retirement age, have certain type of health concerns or restrictitions and that drive a vehicle. THEY DO NOT PROPERLY PLOW THE PARKING AREA, NOR KEEP THE WALK WAYS CLEANED DURING THE WINTER! It’s awful!

***BEWARE*** DON'T EVER RENT HERE!!! The manager is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! The place is LOUD, nothing gets fixed properly and the garbage overflows. No wonder rats were seen near the dumpster. Don't make this the biggest MISTAKE of your life. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. The "woman" that "claims" to run the property is the most unprofessional disrespectful woman I have ever dealt with. Don't be fooled by the front she puts on during origonal interviews. Take the $700+/m rent and give it to a development that cares about you and your families well being. I rate 1 out of 5 solely on her lack of respect and professionalism and to the fact you have to leave a rating. I have been a resident here for 3 years. Contrary to the opinion on another website, I find the manager to be highly professional and competent. She listens quite well to her residents and is working hard to maintain a clean, pleasant, and safe neighborhood.
