I lived in the Beechwood Manor apartments for several years. I thought they were somewhat well maintained, and was in a safe area, very central to everything. Those were the positives. Unfortunately the reviews on the landlord herself, are spot on. Cindy has zero compassion for her tenants or interest in their well-being. I locked myself out ( the one and only time ) in the middle of winter, and reached out to Cindy apologizing for bothering her during the weekend, explaining what happened. Just saying... Negative reviews are based on people who go from place with a history of problems. Don't buy into these unbalanced individuals! You wouldn't want them as your neighbors trust me! Truth be told, Beechwood has a waitlist usually to get in! Service is amazing! Management is top-notch. Deposits get returned. Trust me, I got mine back and so did all my neighbors! Do NOT Rent ANY Apartment from this lady!!! Cindy is the most unprofessional landlord I have ever met. She is so cheap and nasty. She talks down to you and dismisses almost every issue that you have with the apartment. The plowing of the snow is not sufficient or waits until its late at night so your car gets stuck in the snow by the time your ready to leave in the morning or coming home. Great location. Spacious clean apartment. Apartments are updated. Landlord is caring and responds to all contacts. The grounds are beautifully maintaoned. Friendly atmosphere. CHECK it out.
***BEWARE!!!*** – DON'T EVER RENT HERE!!! This place is LOUD, the manager is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and MEAN and things don't get fixed properly. Don't EVER think about getting your security deposit back. Listen to the negative comments below. The only positive comment was probably made by the manager herself. Look elsewere, but DON'T, DON'T EVER RENT HERE! You'll regret it!
Beechwood Manor - peaceful place! – I had a wonderful experience at Beechwood Manor Apartments! I've lived in many apartments in the last few years, and this is the best maintained I've ever had! Cindy was friendly and easy to work with, and checked on us now and then, which was really thoughtful! She had our small maintenance problems looked after within 24 hours ANY time we dropped off a maintenance slip. Avoid this complex - you won't regret it! – I wish I had seen the previous reviews before I moved into this complex! Cindy, the complex manager, is the sweetest lady....until you sign the lease. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE – I COMPLETELY AGREE with the NEGATIVE reviews. It is COMPLETELY ACCURATE. NEVER have I been treated to or spoken to in such a disrepectful manor as I have been by the "woman" who "claims" to run this property. the biggest mistake i ever made – the woman that manages the poperty is the most unprofessional disrespectful woman i have ever dealt with. dont be fooled by the front she puts on during origonal interviews. take the $700+/m rent and give it to a development that cares about you and your families well being. i rate 1 out of 5 solely on her lack of respect and professionalism. this was by far the biggest mistake i have ever made
