Nice place to live. management cleans snows on road only. Parking lots can have 2 feet of snow accumulation & icy and very difficult for parking . Yet management does not show interest in cleaning though you are paying for parking.
Great location and relatively cheap rent in squirrel hill. The management is onsite which makes it easier to report for maintenance and issues. They are very flexible in regard to extending the lease and they barely raised the rent after my one year lease ($25). You pay for what you get and it’s not brand new complex but it provides the basic, comfortable living enviroment. I’ve not had any stolen packages and not much issues with noisy neighbors. Decent place to live for a season or two if you're not very ambitious. Pluses: space, cost, interior, timely maintenance Minuses: location (far from CMU - was a problem for me), can be cold at winter - heaters keep low profile, roaches (but then they ordered eliminators anyway), poor sound protection.
