My family have used this doctor's office for over 40 years(myself since a new born) Unfortunately they have been stuck in the past with documentation and paperwork. My old doctor was dr Jeffrey Allen King and swapped to this new doctor Dr Mohammad. Getting a hold of this office is ridiculous, and when you finally do if they don't hang up, the staff is super rude and just dismissive to your issues and severity. I hope they change as i have been a patient my whole life.
Our family has been coming here for years and recently got switched over to Dr. Mughal when our doctor retired. We have seen him a few times already and have been very happy with him! He is always very thorough and takes the time to really listen and come up with a solution. It can be a little difficult to reach the office on the phone sometimes, but it seems like they recently got a new phone system and have been easier to get a hold of.
On hold for 20 minutes and then the call ends. Happened 3 times now over 2 days. Phones have always been bad but seems much worse now.
