I had been going to this clinic for my entire life. When my amazing family doctor retired, we decided to stay with the clinic, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Dr. Mughal was the worst doctor I have ever had. He was arrogant and spoke down to me on multiple occasions when I brought forward valid concerns about both my own health and the health of my children. First time seeing my new doctor, was not impressed. He didn't bother to introduce himself to me. He didn't seem to listen to me when I was telling him my health issue. Felt very rushed, like he just wanted to end the appointment.
I will be filing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario regarding my experience with this clinic. Unfortunately, it appears the doctor has taken on more patients than he can reasonably manage. As a result, appointments are difficult to obtain, and consultations feel rushed and unprepared. Even after paying to have medical records transferred to the clinic, they were not reviewed ahead of time and could not be accessed during the appointment. Very frustrating to deal with. I pay a yearly fee for prescription renewals and I am the one chasing them down and doing all the work. Nice enough Dr but the office is not managed well.
