Would be a wonderful place to live if you did not have to constantly beg for maintenance to come to your apartment and properly fix the issue (if they ever do come). This has been an ongoing struggle since move-in and management has been very little help. 2 months out of living here so far we have been without a dryer and the constant calls asking for updates do nothing. This is not the norm for other apartment complexes. I will never live at another DTN property again.

This place is absolutely disgusting, to start 5 of our outlets don’t work, our ac probably has mold, our microwave won’t turn on, my feet turned brown from walking barefoot on the carpet, my cabinets had some dry crusted food that I had to scrap off, toilet covered in fecal matter, rat feces under my oven and a laundry machine I was told would be in here isn’t here, this place has been a disaster since moving I would recommend someplace else, I’ll add more as I discover more issues with the apt. This place is a disaster. Apartments are filthy. Water leaks everywhere. Management lies about inspections. Maintenance does not know how to fix anything. The entire organization is incompetent. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

Disgusting I wouldn’t wish dealing with DTN on my worst enemy, especially Candice who was extremely condescending and rude both times I spoke to her. They will try to get as much money as they can out of you, charging over 500 extra for a cat with an Esa letter after a DTN employee stated I didn’t have to turn in paperwork as long as I had the letter and tried to make me pay for the mail key they never gave me.
